We do not knowingly allow use of the Service by individuals under 16.

rvlme provides a private, interactive experience where users create and respond to tests that unlock photos.

• Interactions are private by default
• Photos are temporary and deleted when a test ends
• rvlme is not a dating service and does not guarantee responses, matches, or outcomes

• Accounts are created using phone number authentication.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4.1 Ownership & License

You retain ownership of any content you upload (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant rvlme a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate the Service.

This license ends automatically when the content is deleted.

4.2 Ephemeral Content

• Photos are processed only to enable the test and reveal functionality.
• All photos are automatically deleted once a test session ends.
• rvlme does not provide long-term storage for any User Content.

4.3 Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload and share through the Service.

You may only upload content that:

• You have the legal right to share
• Involves only consenting individuals aged 16 or older

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors
• Non-consensual or exploitative content
• Illegal material

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or trust risks.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Harass, exploit, or harm others
• Attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure

• Certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat.
• Payment processing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the applicable app store’s terms.

rvlme does not store payment information.

rvlme does not use artificial intelligence, machine learning, facial recognition, or automated image analysis to process User Content.

User Content is never used for training models.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service in a way that creates legal or safety risk
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior

Termination may result in loss of access to content and features.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties regarding availability or reliability
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not responsible for user interactions or outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rvlme shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

• The amount paid by you to rvlme in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
• USD $100 if no payment was made.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rvlme from any claims arising out of:
• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
